We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience, especially in selling solutions to Banking, Healthcare, and AI/Technology clients.
Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Uttara, Dhaka
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Office Time: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: BDT 35,000–40,000/month
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and create new business opportunities
- Approach banks, healthcare organizations, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients
- Promote AI, healthcare technology, software, CRM, ERP, and business automation solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communication materials
- Attend client meetings and follow up professionally
- Maintain sales pipeline, deal status, and customer relationship records
- Work with the product and technical team to understand client requirements
- Support digital marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and campaign activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Corporate Sales
- Special experience in Banking, Healthcare, AI, Software, or Technology sales will be highly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle corporate clients and decision-makers
- Good understanding of B2B sales process
- Experience in proposal writing, client follow-up, and closing deals
- Must be target-oriented, smart, confident, and self-motivated
- Must be able to work onsite from our Uttara office
