Job Description: We are seeking a talented ERP Functional Consultant with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems and the ability to analyze business requirements and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
·        Configure and implement ERP solutions to meet client needs.
·        Provide training and support to end-users.
·        Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
·        Document business processes and system configurations.
·        Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
·        1-3 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant.
·        Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·        Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
