Role Overview
Deep Mind Labs is seeking a trailblazing Co-Founder and Chief AI/ML Data Scientist. This critical role combines leadership with technical prowess, challenging you to direct our AI/ML vision and propel us to the forefront of innovation in image processing, computer vision, LLM, and NLP.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI/ML strategies, specifically tailored to image processing, computer vision, LLM, and NLP.
- Lead a dynamic team of AI engineers and data scientists in groundbreaking product development.
- Instill a culture focused on advanced learning and development in AI/ML.
- Collaborate with co-founders and stakeholders to integrate AI/ML initiatives with our strategic business goals.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments and best practices in AI/ML, particularly in our core areas.
- Attract, mentor, and retain top-notch talent in AI/ML, fostering an environment of excellence.
Qualifications
- A strong track record in AI/ML, particularly in image processing, computer vision, LLM, and NLP.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with an ability to inspire teams.
- An entrepreneurial approach, ideally with startup or agile environment experience.
- Deep analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
