The Role: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Project Manager to lead our AI product development projects. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven individual with a solid background in Scrum methodologies and a deep passion for AI technology. You will be instrumental in managing the project lifecycle from inception to deployment, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex AI projects within a Scrum framework.
- Serve as the Scrum Master, guiding the team in Agile practices and principles to ensure project execution is both effective and efficient.
- Collaborate with product owners to define project goals, scope, and deliverables that align with company objectives.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and team cohesion.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and refine Agile practices and processes to enhance team performance and product quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields. (BUET, DU, or IBA highly preferred).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile project management certification.
- 1-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software or AI product development.
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, tools, and frameworks, especially Scrum.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong enthusiasm for AI technology and its capacity to make a positive impact.
